Q1: How can I place an order?
You can shop directly on our website. Just select your size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in most pin codes.
Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified/cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they are processed and shipped.
Q4: How long will shipping take?
Production: We do the production on demand.
Prepaid Orders: Ships in 2 working days.
COD Orders: Ships in 3–4 working days after confirmation.
Q5: How long will delivery take?
Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Tier-2 & Other Cities: 5–7 working days
Q6: Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship PAN-India.
Q7: How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS/Email.
Q8: Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 7 days if unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Q9: What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’ll replace it at no cost — just contact us within 48 hours.
Q10: Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes — clearance/final sale items are non-returnable.
Q11: Are your fabrics safe for kids’ skin?
Absolutely! We use soft polyester–lycra–cotton blends with safe child-friendly inks.

Q13: Do the prints fade after washing?
No, we use premium sublimation & screen printing for long-lasting bold prints.
